Flexibility....

August Rush

a kid grows up
never knowing his mom
his dads always gone
he listens to their song
he tries to find
what he's been waiting for all along
will they hear?
how loud must he be?
he listens for them
waits for the sound
are they so far?
he prays and prays
waiting for a sign
he needs his parents
he wants them here
he sings his song
they sing theirs
eventually
they find each other
it took time
it took stress
he wrote and wrote
mom searched
dad didnt know
finally
they come together
live and breathe and sing together
did you know
music is all around us
all you have to do is
listen
